Untitled
who i am

I've worked in arts and culture PR and marketing for 30 years. Before becoming Director of Dusty Miller PR I was Communications & Events Director for Pan Macmillan (Publisher of the Year 2015 & 2017) and prior to that worked as Publicity and Marketing Manager at Faber & Faber, Titan Books, The Royal Institute of International Affairs and Verso. What all these amazing places have taught me is to know your audience and develop a deep understanding of each individual project in order to connect the two.

I have a particular passion for live events and have worked with Stoke Newington Literary Festival for over a decade. I also love working on partnerships to produce win-win profile build and to deliver specific business objectives: these have included all the high street book retailers and key independent bookshops, Latitude, BBC, Channel 4, British Library, Knowledge Quarter, Twitter, Google, Hearst Magazines, Booksellers Association and the events teams at the Guardian, The Times, Telegraph and Stylist.
