who i am

I've worked in PR and marketing in the arts for 27 years. I've worked as a Communications & Events Director for Pan Macmillan and as a Publicity and Marketing Manager at Faber & Faber, Titan Books, The Royal Institute of International Affairs and Verso. What all these amazing places have taught me is know your audience and develop a deep understanding of the each individual project in order to connect the two.

I have a particular passion for live events and am one of the founding Board members of the Stoke Newington Literary Festival where I co-curate the programme and which will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2019. I also love working on partnerships to produce win-win profile build and to deliver specific business objectives: partners include Latitude, The Pool, the Knowledge Quarter, Twitter, Google, Hearst Magazines, the Booksellers Association and the events teams at the Guardian, The Times, Telegraph and Stylist.
